Participants of this program will gain an understanding of the lifecycle and sustainable benefits of terracotta for construction uses. Participants will learn how engineered rainscreen systems with terracotta cladding can contribute to thermally efficient sustainable design and help designers achieve resilient buildings. The functional characteristics and building science of a fully integrated back-ventilated rainscreen system will be discussed.
